Vision
Becoming the top childcare provider in Oklahoma City by delivering unparalleled high-quality care, inspiring faith-based learning, and a bilingual experience that sets our center apart.
Mission Statement
To advance the holistic development of children ages six weeks to 5 years by providing quality childcare, faith-inspired learning, and a bilingual experience.
Philosophy
The holistic development of children focuses on the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, moral, cultural, and spiritual aspects of a child's life. Accordingly, we strive to offer quality care, faith-inspired learning, and bilingual opportunities to promote personal development.
Core Values
The core values of quality childcare, faith-inspired learning, and bilingual experience are the basis of our childcare center.
Quality Childcare: We believe there is a link between the quality of child care and children's cognitive and social development. We believe that children receiving higher quality care can show more positive outcomes than those in lower quality care. We promote quality care by complying with the adult-to-child ratio, group size, and training of childcare providers. Additionally, dedicated childcare providers encourage development and advanced behavior.
Faith-Inspired Learning: We believe children can be aware of and develop a relationship with God. We adopt faith-based principles and programs that integrate Christian tenets. We link traditional Bible stories, Christian music, bible verse memorization, and artwork to the moral values of Christianity.
Bilingual Experience: We believe that exposing children to a second language enhances their ability to control their attention while engaging in nonverbal and verbal tasks, such as mathematical problem-solving (Barac & Bialystok, 2013). We believe bilingual children have advantageous learning characteristics related to creative and diverse thinking. Additionally, bilingual children can demonstrate positive metalinguistic awareness, cognitive flexibility, and enhanced executive functions (Bialystok et al., 2005; Barac & Bialystok, 2013). We uphold the development of English and Spanish language and culture through bilingual interactions between children and caregivers.
